Fulcrum Digital Inc. is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Digital Data Services team in Pune, India. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable business insights for the Surplus & Specialty Team. You will leverage Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and SSRS to develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage sophisticated reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Conduct and meticulously document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design processes.
• Collaborate with other Digital teams to provide reporting and analytical solutions for newly developed systems and portals.
• Work with both on-premises and cloud-based databases, creating queries, views, and tables to support data solutions.
• Perform unit testing and develop database queries to analyze effects and troubleshoot issues.
• Create organizational tools for data storage and management.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to design and develop BI solutions.
• Utilize JIRA for task tracking and management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to weekly sprints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau dashboards, with working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
• At least 2 years of extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2).
• Solid understanding of efficiency techniques for query building and report/dashboard development.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and managing SSRS Reports.
• Proficiency in using query and reporting analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying data insights and collaborating with stakeholders.

Preferred Skillset:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Experience with Snowflake.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with data manipulation tools such as Python or R.
