About the Role

Coherent Corp. is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst for Project Management Support in Mount Olive, NJ. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will provide critical data analysis, reporting, and coordination support to project managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate project data from diverse sources including Engineering, Operations, Materials, Supply Chain, Finance, and more.
• Maintain comprehensive records for schedules, action-item logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Create recurring updates, dashboards, scorecards, and management reports to track progress against budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify variances in schedule and cost trends while assessing resource constraints and potential risks.
• Assist with forecasting, trend analysis, performance reporting, and tracking purchase orders/invoices.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up communications to ensure accurate project documentation.
