Full Job Description
As a Supply Analyst at RZR Global, Inc., you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making and refining our supply optimization strategies in Bengaluru, India. This role is crucial for enhancing our advertising campaigns and significantly contributing to RZR Global's data-led supply strategy. You will analyze extensive datasets to uncover actionable insights and collaborate with various teams to continuously improve our offerings. Effective communication of your findings will be key to our success. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Bengaluru location.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Data Detective, independently investigating and extracting insights from large datasets.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of traffic that underpins RZR Global's core product, monitoring key performance indicators and metrics.
- Perform market opportunity analysis to pinpoint areas for optimization and growth within supply-side connections that align with RZR Global's business and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop reporting mechanisms and process enhancements to streamline decision-making workflows.
- Manage and deliver external analytics to SSPs and Exchanges, providing data-driven support for Business Development initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on analytics experience in the programmatic media advertising/ad tech industry.
- A graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in using BI tools such as Tableau, Sisense, etc.
- Foundational knowledge and practical experience with SQL, Python, R, and related data querying tools.
