Are you passionate about transforming complex data into actionable business insights? Crescendo Global seeks a **Data Analyst** to support product management, commercial strategy, and marketing initiatives. This role involves leveraging SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to analyze financial and business performance across regions, customer segments, and historical trends. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining BI dashboards for product analytics, customer insights, and strategic decision-making.
- Analyzing financial data, commercial pipelines, win/loss analysis, and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Building analytical models in SQL, advanced Excel, and database querying tools (Snowflake, APIs).
- Conducting market research, whitespace analysis, and preparing business case studies.
- Supporting commercial campaigns with reports, customer segmentation, and workflow analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Assisting in pricing analysis for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
- Creating product documentation, user guides, and business intelligence assets.
- Presenting insights through reports and stakeholder communications.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields, with **36 years of experience** in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Product Analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is essential. Knowledge of financial services, credit markets, and Salesforce CRM is a plus. This is a **hybrid role** (Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram, Hyderabad) with opportunities for global exposure and career growth.
