About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a Data Analyst to contribute to its team in Noida. This role involves a variety of reporting and analysis tasks, focusing on extracting, compiling, and interpreting key operational and statistical data. You will be instrumental in defining the overall approach to reporting and analysis within the SDU, developing new processes to enhance reporting effectiveness, and consolidating departmental reports for internal and external stakeholders including senior management.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining standardized operational reports on a routine basis, which involves defining, creating, automating, and maintaining these reports. You will manage a reporting schedule, document reporting procedures, and generate control documentation to ensure compliance with governance audits and regulatory requirements. A crucial part of this role will be building an audit process to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

You will also be responsible for ad hoc duties as per business needs, building and designing new reports based on requests, creating and maintaining documentation for these reports, and evaluating the effort required for specific report development. Maintenance of existing reports, the reporting portal, and the reporting environment are also key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power-BI, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of modern programming languages for machine learning, like Python, would be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Business Objects for report management and development.
• Knowledge of VBA would be an advantage for report management and automation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
