We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making for our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights that deepen our understanding of consumer behavior.
- Execute and deliver on complex ad-hoc business analysis requests.
- Develop predictive models as required to support various business objectives.
- Develop and implement reports for program tracking, model validation, and other information-based solutions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business knowledge, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Liaise with U.S. counterparts to ensure solutions align with business requirements and readiness levels.
- Coordinate and prioritize business needs within a matrix management structure.
- Document and communicate results and recommendations to both internal and external teams.
- Ensure adherence to required quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a Post-Graduate degree in Data Science/ML from a reputable institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics.
- Proficiency in Python or R programming and data manipulation using SQL.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, programming, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated strong and consistent academic performance.
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, manage multiple projects, and drive results through influence.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Dataiku or AWS tools (e.g., Sage Maker Studio, Athena).
- Experience in predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time permanent position with work timings from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
