BI Developer Role at Euphoric Thought Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, India

Euphoric Thought Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer for their Noida, India location. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BI solutions that empower data analysis and reporting. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to translate complex requirements into efficient and effective BI solutions. Your responsibilities will span working with diverse data sources, designing sophisticated data models, supporting ETL processes, and creating interactive dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their data analysis and reporting needs. Translate these requirements into detailed technical specifications and develop appropriate BI solutions.
• Data Modelling: Design and develop data models that accurately represent underlying business processes and facilitate insightful data analysis and reporting. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within these models.
• Dashboard and Report Development: Create, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports, with a focus on using Sigma computing for these tasks.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from a variety of systems and sources to provide a holistic view of business performance. Maintain data consistency and accuracy across all integrated data sets.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks within BI solutions. Optimize query performance, data processing, and report rendering for maximum efficiency. Continuously monitor and fine-tune the performance of BI applications.
• Data Governance: Uphold and ensure compliance with established data governance policies and standards. Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
• Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for technical specifications, data models, ETL processes, and BI solution configurations.
• Ensure proposed solutions effectively meet all business needs and requirements.
• Take ownership of creating and maintaining Business/Functional Requirement Documents.
• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
• Submit project deliverables, adhering strictly to established quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar domain.
• Demonstrated experience as a BI Developer or in a comparable role.
• Possess fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with proven ability in managing projects for the implementation of Platform Solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with at least one BI tool, such as Sigma computing.
• Solid knowledge of data visualization best practices and the ability to create compelling data visualizations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and security best practices is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing platform solution implementation projects for U.S. clients.
• Exposure to the U.S. debt collection industry is considered a plus.
