Role Overview

Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Data Analyst based in New York, NY to join our team. In this role, you will collect, clean, manipulate, and analyze large sets of raw data from diverse networks and systems.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive analytics reporting, data visualizations, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using industry-standard tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborating with a diverse network of internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Serving as the primary support for Lead Analysts in providing data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
• Conducting rigorous business analysis and research to identify key performance metrics (KPIs) and opportunities for process improvement.

What You'll Achieve

You will present clear, concise findings along with strategic recommendations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support regarding the processes and metrics used within our organization.
