Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze extensive datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights within the healthcare industry, focusing on digital marketing campaigns such as email, onsite engagement, and customer journeys.
- Utilize SQL and Excel for efficient data manipulation and analysis.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver, identifying opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Propose data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align data analysis efforts with business objectives.
- Present data findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely, ensuring they are actionable.
- Leverage tools like ExactTarget, Adobe, and Tableau for analyzing email campaign performance, audience segmentation, and targeted messaging strategy development.
- Create intuitive and insightful visualizations to present performance, trending, and benchmarking analysis that meets business needs.
- Simplify and automate reporting, audits, and other data-driven activities, developing scalable, self-service solutions for partners.
- Provide timely data analysis support for critical business needs.
- Analyze web traffic, email engagement, and app engagement data to measure program success, including click-through analysis, retention, re-engagement, and A/B testing.
- Become a subject matter expert in appointed areas of data and business responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Statistics, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience accessing data from databases.
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization dashboards.
- Strong command of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
