Data Analyst

CSC Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Data Analyst, Insights for its Funds & Capital Markets (FCM) business unit in Mumbai, India. This hybrid role operates from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday. The Data Analyst will be instrumental in leveraging data to generate insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve operational efficiencies. This position requires close collaboration with Product Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to build and maintain robust data analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights supporting Capital Markets business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports visualizing key business metrics.
• Manage data integration from Salesforce and other sources into analytics platforms.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and cleaning processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Develop and implement automation to streamline reporting and enhance data accessibility.
• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc analyses on financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in a data analytics role.
• Proficiency in DOMO or other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for data-facing web interfaces.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
