We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and compelling data visualizations for business and product teams.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, product performance, and operational metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights to support product managers in feature enhancements and strategic roadmap decisions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction from databases.
• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for comprehensive reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Identify emerging trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
• Champion data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams to define data requirements and ensure data validation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst position.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with practical experience in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Proven ability to build and interpret predictive and regression models to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
• Exhibit expertise in exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and identifying significant patterns, trends, and risk indicators.
• Experience working with large datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex analytical findings into simple, business-ready recommendations for stakeholders.
