Axis My India Limited is actively recruiting a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join their Mumbai-based team. This position is integral to supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the comprehensive collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation of data. The ultimate goal is to generate actionable insights that fuel business growth. Experience in market research will be a significant advantage for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data mining, data profiling, and data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking organizational performance.
• Design and implement robust data collection processes, policies, and governance standards.
• Perform data profiling to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
• Cleanse, sanitize, and standardize data sources to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
• Generate insightful reports, interactive dashboards, and compelling visualizations using relevant BI tools.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, encompassing collection, storage, processing, and reporting.
• Present complex data insights and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business analytics is essential.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of data mining, data profiling, and data validation techniques.
• Hands-on proficiency with essential tools including Excel, SQL, and reporting/BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• A solid understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in market research is considered an added advantage.
