Data Analyst

NewFangled Vision Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi NCR. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights to support critical business decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in various data tools, and the ability to translate intricate data into clear, meaningful reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify significant trends and patterns.
• Develop insightful dashboards, comprehensive reports, and compelling visualizations using industry-standard tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
• Perform rigorous data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data.
• Deliver valuable business insights and strategic recommendations based on data findings.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements.
• Support forecasting initiatives and performance analysis activities.

Required Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Solid understanding of statistical principles and data modeling concepts.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics or BI tools are advantageous.
