Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst, also known as an MIS Executive, to join our team in Noida, India. This role is crucial for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support both operational and strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong data handling capabilities, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and comprehensive reports.

Key responsibilities include collecting, validating, cleaning, and maintaining data from various sources. You will be responsible for preparing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, and analyzing data to identify trends, performance insights, and areas for improvement. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports is paramount. The role also involves designing and maintaining dashboards and trackers for business teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, and automating routine reports to enhance efficiency.

You will also maintain data documentation and reporting standards, monitor operational KPIs, highlight deviations, and support business teams with ad-hoc data and reporting requests. Resolving data discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders will also be a key part of your duties.

Required skills include strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas), the ability to analyze large datasets, and a good understanding of MIS reporting and data workflows. Basic knowledge of SQL or databases is advantageous. We value strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with mailing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Acton, and experience with AI tools such as Gemini 3.5, Google AI Studio, NoteBookLM, ChatGPT, or CoPilot, along with basic prompt engineering skills, is also required.

Academic qualifications include achieving 85% and above in both 10th and 12th standard from an English Medium school, preferably from a renowned school in a Metro or Tier 2 city. A Bachelor's degree in BBA, Statistics, or any BA/BCom/BSc from a leading college is preferred. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, who possess full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
