Data Analyst

Agoda, a global travel facilitator since 2005, is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Performance Marketing Team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role is open to international candidates, with relocation support provided. The Performance Marketing Team is at the forefront of online marketing, utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance customer lifetime value through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team comprises top-tier analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists, supported by leadership with extensive experience in data science, product, and strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Search: Conduct experiments on text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across search engines like Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver. Implement changes based on successful test outcomes and adapt to new product features.
• Display: Design, test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Modeling: Analyze large datasets from experiments, develop optimization models, and create dashboards for account managers.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Science) from a top university.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Expertise in Excel and data tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, and Tableau.
• Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to work independently on daily analytics tasks and provide actionable business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing.
• Academic research experience.
