We are seeking a passionate candidate to join our team in Delhi as an intern focused on creating research reports and infographics across various asset classes including residential, office, retail, warehouses, and loans.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Creating comprehensive research reports and infographics for diverse real estate sectors.
• Conducting secondary research to ensure all data platforms remain updated with the latest market information specific to Delhi's property landscape.
• Supporting client data requests across all asset classes with accuracy and timeliness.

Skills Required:

• Industry Preference: Candidates preferred from IPC (India Property Consultancy) industry backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL is essential for data manipulation and presentation creation.
• Data Analysis Experience: While this role is open to freshers with 1-3 years of experience preferred, sound knowledge of analyzing real estate datasets is crucial. You should be comfortable gaining database understanding and extracting relevant data for analysis.
• Analytical Abilities: Experience in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets will give you an edge.
• Skill Set: Structured problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
