Data Analyst

Electronic Arts (EA), a premier interactive entertainment company, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our analytics team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India. This role is integral to supporting Quality Verification for some of EA's most prominent titles. You will collaborate closely with engineers, game designers, and quality assurance teams to refine game development and testing strategies through insightful data analysis. Reporting to the Manager of Analytics, your expertise will be crucial in enhancing decision-making processes and driving operational excellence within our quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the data analytics roadmap for major EA game titles.
• Develop robust data products and interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights for Quality Verification teams.
• Construct scripts and queries for importing, transforming, and analyzing data from diverse sources.
• Champion best practices in visualization tools and technologies to advance project dashboards for effective monitoring and reporting.
• Promote a data-driven culture and actively support data governance initiatives to elevate organizational data maturity.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or applied analytics, with a proven track record of using data to enhance processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large and complex datasets.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI.
• Ability to design data models and contribute to warehousing solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners.
