Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Master data management, including creation, updates, and deletion of records.
• User and user role administration.
• Ensuring data quality through comprehensive assurance processes, collaborating with QA analysts.
• Overseeing the commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
• Handling confidential data and information in strict accordance with established guidelines.
• Contributing to the development of insightful reports and analyses.
• Managing and designing the reporting environment, encompassing data sources, security protocols, and metadata.
• Supporting the data warehouse by identifying and refining reporting requirements.
• Championing initiatives focused on data integrity and normalization.
• Evaluating, testing, and implementing new or upgraded software, and assisting in strategic decisions for new systems.
• Generating comprehensive reports from single or multiple system sources.
• Troubleshooting issues within the reporting database environment and individual reports.
• Assessing changes and updates to source production systems.
• Providing training to end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Offering technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining techniques, and data cleansing methodologies.
