Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain complex reports using advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements through data-driven solutions. Provide expert-level support for MIS operations by analyzing data from various sources and presenting findings in Power BI.

Job Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) with ability to create complex reports. Strong understanding of data management principles and practices; experience working with large datasets preferred. Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
