About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Analyst who will leverage their passion for big data and analytics to deliver critical business insights. You will conduct both recurring and ad hoc analysis for our diverse user base, supporting strategic decision-making across insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead primary research initiatives (surveys) by performing advanced data analysis and creating visual presentations of key insights.Execute secondary research on critical topics including employee benefits strategies, talent acquisition metrics, and asset management for insurance portfolios.Manage data collection and validation processes for complex financial projects, ensuring database integrity and accuracy.Develop sophisticated data models for fixed income securities to generate actionable assumptions guidance for client engagements.Required Qualifications:
Holds a graduate degree in Economics or a related field from an accredited institution.Demonstrates hands-on expertise in presenting complex data sets using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Possesses 1-2 years of practical experience in economic research (academic or professional).Exhibits strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in statistical/econometric methods; familiarity with Stata is highly preferred.Demonstrates the ability to interpret technical published research, synthesize main findings, and communicate conclusions effectively while understanding broader business contexts.Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
