Data Analyst

HexaHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive - Data Analyst in Gurugram, India. This role focuses on analyzing sales data to drive business growth and revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to uncover insights, optimize sales funnels, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, conversion gaps, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics like lead conversion, revenue, and sales funnel performance with regular reporting.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards for sales performance and KPI visibility.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and enhance pipeline performance using data.
• Perform cohort and pipeline analysis, forecasting, and automate reporting processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Graduate degree (BTech, MTech, MCA preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on sales data.
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and business KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

This is a permanent, full-time position with 6 working days a week.
