Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Data Analyst to join our team at Egon Zehnder. In this role, you will be central to delivering high-quality Power BI solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

• Day-to-Day Operations: Handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders and collaborate closely to improve internal processes through automation initiatives.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Ensure the quality control, maintenance, and timely delivery of accurate MIS reports using advanced Excel skills.
• Solution Design: Lead end-to-end insights creation—from defining business problems to designing robust data visualization solutions. Oversee mapping of diverse data sources while ensuring integrity throughout the movement process.
• Innovation & Support: Formulate Power BI tasks, automate workflows using VBA macros, and actively troubleshoot issues with a focus on root cause analysis.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate brings 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence & Data Visualization. You must possess strong proficiency in Excel and VBA automation basics. A plus is understanding data modelling techniques, metadata preparation, and familiarity with the Azure platform or finance concepts.
