Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. This role is crucial for developing advanced analytics systems, identifying growth opportunities through in-depth data analysis, and creating impactful reports and visualizations. You will collaborate closely with management to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights that drive performance and efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities include data mining, predictive modeling, system evaluation, and contributing to the maintenance of a robust data infrastructure to support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Managers and department heads to understand and address their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
• Proactively analyze data to answer key business questions, focusing on drivers of business performance, and identify areas for efficiency and productivity enhancement.
• Develop and maintain rich insights to support cross-sell and upsell strategies through deep data mining.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate methods and tools from the technology stack to ensure scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources.
• Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Build predictive analysis and churn analysis models to enhance revenue and improve customer retention.
