Data Analyst - Gurgaon/Gurugram

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex business challenges into actionable data-driven insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business problems into computational and statistical problems.
• Identify, evaluate, and prepare data, ensuring the quality and relevance of analytical models.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end data analysis, presenting findings and providing recommendations for optimization and value creation.
• Implement advanced computational tools, techniques, and statistical methods for efficient data organization, synthesis, and translation.
• Develop clear, concise, and impactful reports and visualizations to effectively communicate results to diverse stakeholders.
• Propose and implement the industrialization of recurrent analytical deliverables for efficiency and repeatability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements in data collection and analysis for enhanced performance.
• Integrate generated business value into operational processes and information system evolution.
• Optimize data utilization in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage data deposit evolutions and data enrichment to uncover new value creation opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between operational managers and tool managers for effective tool implementation.
• Oversee the generalization and industrialization of tooling projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Data Analysis Expertise: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and R.
• Visualization Skills: Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Elastic ELK.
• Critical Analysis: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful conclusions.
• Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop data-driven solutions.
• ITIL Process Understanding: Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and their practical application.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects related to operational tooling.
• User-Oriented Approach: Skilled in listening to and incorporating user feedback for tool improvement.
• Education: Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the telecommunications and IT sector is considered a plus.
