Data Analyst

About This Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Customer Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will analyze customer access data, develop Tableau reporting solutions, investigate operational issues, and provide critical insights to drive product strategy and business decisions.

• Analyze user, organization, and access management data to identify usage trends, understand customer behavior, and uncover opportunities for improvement
• Gather, define, and document detailed reporting requirements including metric definitions and attribute-level specifications
• Investigate system process failures and data quality issues to recommend corrective actions
• Develop SQL queries to support ad hoc reporting, reconciliation activities, and operational investigations
