Are you passionate about transforming complex financial and business data into actionable insights? Crescendo Global Leadership is seeking a **Data Analyst** to support product management, commercial strategy, and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in **SQL, Advanced Excel, and BI dashboarding**, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions for product analytics, customer insights, and strategic decision-making in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and business performance across regions, customer groups, and historical trends to generate actionable insights and identify key KPIs.
- Collect, interpret, and synthesize customer feedback, commercial pipeline data, and user behavior to identify market trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL-based analytical models, BI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), and reporting solutions for product management and commercial teams.
- Conduct market research, whitespace analysis, and coverage analysis to identify growth opportunities and prospective customers.
- Support commercial campaigns by preparing analytical reports, customer segmentation, and business recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success) to refine campaign strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Assist in pricing analysis, contract renewals, and business case studies using data-driven insights.
- Create and maintain product documentation, workflow libraries, and customer personas to support future enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields (Finance background preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in **Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or Commercial Analytics**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Data Modeling)** and **SQL (relational databases, APIs)** with preference for Snowflake.
- Experience with **Tableau/Power BI** for BI dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience in **customer segmentation, campaign analysis, KPI reporting, and market research**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with **Salesforce CRM** and financial services (credit markets, ratings, risk analysis) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix-driven global environment.
