Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong financial domain knowledge to join our Finance team. You will leverage data insights to track payment performance, automate reporting workflows, and drive strategic decisions across FP&A and Product functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboards & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive Power BI/Tableau dashboards for revenue tracking, margin analysis, transaction volumes, and cost optimization.
• Data Analysis: Execute complex SQL queries to uncover trends in transactions, analyze cost structures, and assess profitability metrics.
• Reconciliation & Auditing: Perform rigorous reconciliation of data across banks, payment gateways, and accounting ledgers to ensure 100% accuracy.
• FP&A Support: Collaborate with Finance teams on monthly closings, budgeting cycles, variance analysis, and revenue forecasting models.
• Process Automation: Develop automated reporting pipelines using SQL and Python to eliminate manual Excel dependencies.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years as a Data Analyst within Finance, Payments, or FinTech sectors.
• Tech Stack: Expert-level SQL and Excel; proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is essential.
• Finance Knowledge: Deep understanding of P&L statements, unit economics, payment settlements, and financial basics.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
