Rates: $40 - $55/hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Excel to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making across diverse teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• In-Depth Analysis: Conducting comprehensive data analysis using Microsoft Excel as the primary tool to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets.
• Data Integrity: Reviewing, cleaning, and validating large volumes of data to ensure absolute accuracy, consistency, and integrity before reporting.
• Working closely with project stakeholders to understand specific data requirements and translating them into meaningful, high-impact analyses.
• Vizualization & Reporting: Developing clear, concise reports and dynamic visualizations that effectively communicate findings to both technical experts and non-technical audiences.
• Meticulously documenting methodologies, results, and strategic recommendations to enhance data-driven processes for our clients.

• Proven Excel Expertise: Extensive experience performing advanced data analysis in a business environment using Microsoft Excel.
• An exceptional ability to process and report on complex datasets with high accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to articulate analytical findings clearly and persuasively.
• A demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams in fast-paced, data-driven organizations to drive tangible business outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams with insights that inform broader business strategy.
• Familiarity with additional BI platforms or visualization tools beyond standard Excel capabilities.
