Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain daily and weekly business reports spanning marketing, sales, and operations.
• Develop and manage master datasets, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance principles.
• Clean, standardize, and structure data sourced from a variety of internal and external channels.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and management from databases.
• Support essential database management tasks focused on data integrity and structural soundness.
• Design and maintain insightful dashboards to monitor critical business metrics.
• Address ad hoc analytical requests from leadership with precision and speed.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced formulas and structured data design.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience working with structured datasets and fundamental data modelling principles.
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to articulate data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience utilizing Python for automation or data manipulation tasks.
• Prior experience in a startup or direct-to-consumer (D2C) business environment.
