Data Analyst

Join a dynamic team of Data Analysts responsible for gathering and synthesizing information from various research reports, company documents, global industry publications, and news aggregators. Our teams support diverse data groups including Fundamentals, Entity Management, People Data, Estimates, Market Data, and Public Ownership.

Your Impact:
Contribute to the integrity and comprehensiveness of our high-quality data content, which is crucial for clients' decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will leverage internal and external public research sources (e.g., government documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports) and internal tools to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant information. This role offers significant learning opportunities, focusing on building essential professional skills and providing a deep understanding of global market dynamism and various industry facets. As you develop expertise, you will mentor new talent and contribute to process improvement projects, including LEAN and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collate, analyze, extract, and enter high-quality financial and non-financial data into work tools according to specifications for your assigned vertical.
• Develop a strong understanding of the dataset, workflows, and work tools.
• Provide input and innovative ideas for new data collection methods and product enhancements.
• Meet individual and team targets, ensuring quality and excellence in all outcomes.
• Cultivate technical expertise within the department.
• Troubleshoot problems and support the team in enhancing departmental workflows and processes.
• Review transaction content feedback to correct errors and refine procedures for improved accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates with a Commerce background (BBA/BMS/BCom, passing year 2025) OR PGDM/MBA/M.Com specializing in Finance/Accounts (passing year 2025 or 2026).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
• Proficiency with secondary research sources.
• Willingness to work in a 24*5 environment with rotational shifts, including nights.
• Certification or knowledge/experience in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
• Ability to conduct efficient thematic online research.
