As a data analyst, you will be integral to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support critical business decisions. You'll collaborate with various teams to identify trends, derive insights, and present actionable recommendations grounded in data.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Develop and execute MACROS to enhance process efficiency.
• Craft SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis report generation.
• Conduct data research using database reports to formulate actionable process improvement steps.
• Analyze large datasets, assess the impact of key metrics, and report findings to aid management in decision-making.
• Map complete process flows and identify requirements for automation solutions.
• Compile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and goal data.
• Run queries and macros, and propose areas for enhancement.
• Provide data expertise and insights to various programs.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a SQL developer or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including creating graphs, tables, performing calculations, and automating processes for large data volumes.
• Experience with database concepts such as DDL and DML.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries involving multiple joins, unions, and subqueries.
• Experience with analytics tools like VBA macro, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Selenium and Python is a plus.
