Role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst for an MNC environment in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR (Noida/Delhi locations).

About the Role

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for stakeholders.
• Manage data quality through cleaning, validation, and verification processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and interpret product data using SQL Analytics and Advanced Excel (including VBA/Macros).
• Visualization: Develop clear visualizations in Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
• Python Scripting: Utilize Python for advanced data manipulation and automation tasks as needed.

Skill Requirements

• Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI is essential.
• Languages: Experience with Python for data science tasks (preferred).
• DW & Reporting: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and reporting frameworks.

About You

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields (Fresher roles welcome).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and identify key trends.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail is crucial for data accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum (Competitive MNC package).
• Type: Full-time Permanent position.
