Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst (BI) with strong expertise in Tableau and SQL. In this role, you will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights using high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tableau Development:
• Create and maintain executive and operational dashboards on Tableau Desktop/Server/Cloud.
• Leverage advanced techniques like LOD expressions, custom calculations, parameters, and action filters.
• Optimize workbooks for performance and manage the full development lifecycle.
• Data Sourcing:
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract and structure data.
• Transform raw data into ready-to-use reporting formats.
• Business Insights (Finance/Risk):
• Partner with finance stakeholders to define KPIs for risk scoring, portfolio health, and revenue forecasting.
• Create story-driven visualizations that simplify complex financial trends.
• Governance:
• Publish data sources on Tableau Server while managing security settings.
• Ensure strict adherence to data integrity and BI governance standards.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of total experience, including at least 3 in dedicated Tableau development.
• Expert proficiency with Tableau Desktop, Server/Cloud, and Prep Builder.
• Demonstrated track record building production-ready dashboards.
• Mastery of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Fintech or financial services experience is a strong plus.
