Data Analyst

Eurofins Group in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust data engineering and ETL processes, as well as creating insightful reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities include building and managing SSIS packages or Azure Data Factory pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources like D365 CRM, Dataverse, and SharePoint. You will be responsible for data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality and consistency, while optimizing pipelines for performance and scalability. The role also involves developing and maintaining daily scheduled jobs for data updates. In reporting and analytics, you will design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools such as SSRS and Power BI to visualize KPIs and provide actionable insights. Ad-hoc data analysis to support business decision-making and clear presentation of findings to stakeholders are crucial. You will also configure automated notifications for reporting KPIs and pending actions. Data management responsibilities include extracting, analyzing, and reporting on data from multiple sources, understanding data models and entity relationships, and troubleshooting data-related issues with corrective and preventive actions. Maintaining documentation for data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and data models is essential. The role also includes creating and executing data migration packages to transfer data between different sources or CRM instances to a standardized Eurofins solution on D365 CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, with strong experience in Power BI reporting, ETL development for large datasets, and SQL proficiency. A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, experience with data migrations and job automation are also important. While experience with D365 CRM is not mandatory, it is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams spread across geographies is advantageous. Knowledge of data governance best practices and strong attention to detail are expected. Preferred qualifications include Azure Data Engineer or Microsoft Power BI certifications.
