Data Analyst

This role is an Associate – Data Analyst position available for remote or office-based work in Bengaluru / Bangalore.

Responsibilities include extracting, cleaning, and manipulating data using SQL and Python; building reports and dashboards to track business metrics; partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to solve business problems; identifying trends and performance patterns; translating complex analysis into actionable insights; defining key metrics for a data-driven culture; applying first-principles thinking to question assumptions; developing strong understanding of business context behind the numbers.

Requirements include 1–2 years (up to 3) of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics. Candidates must have strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, Amazon is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, and Databricks is beneficial.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, communication skills for explaining findings simply, and curiosity about root causes are essential.
