Data Analyst

Role Overview:

This position supports the design, calculation, validation, control, and payment of sales incentives, commissions, and performance-based rewards across Consumer Sales channels. Key responsibilities include KPI monitoring, ensuring commission accuracy, maintaining scheme compliance, generating reports, enforcing financial controls, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely incentive processing.

• 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, incentive management, commission administration, finance, or performance management preferred.
  Experience in telecom, retail, FMCG, or commission-based business environments is a plus.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are essential for data manipulation and analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of KPI measurement and performance management frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP, commission management systems, or other ERP platforms is required.
  Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  Strong understanding of complex incentive and commission structures.
