Job Overview
BIK.ai is seeking a highly motivated and execution-focused Data Analyst to oversee analytics, CRM integrity, and dashboard intelligence across the organization. This pivotal role operates at the intersection of Sales, Growth, and Finance, transforming fragmented data into a structured revenue engine. You will be instrumental in ensuring clean CRM data, accurate reporting, automated dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analytics:
- Conduct data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including pipeline velocity, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), win rates, churn, expansion, and forecasting.
- Perform data-backed diagnostics to identify risks and opportunities.
2. CRM Ownership:
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Customize pipelines, workflows, automation, scoring logic, and properties within the CRM.
- Oversee CRM integrations with marketing automation, analytics, and data enrichment tools.
3. Dashboarding & Automation:
- Develop self-serve dashboards for Sales and Leadership teams.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to eliminate manual spreadsheet work.
- Design repeatable reporting templates and establish operating cadences.
- Create structured weekly and monthly performance reporting systems.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by deriving actionable insights.
4. Collaboration & Learning:
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exhibit eagerness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Data Analysis using SQL and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Elastic.
- Familiarity with database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Skills in scripting and ETL processes using Bash or Python.
- Strong soft skills including Communication, Teamwork, and Problem Solving.
- 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations (Sales Ops), or Data-focused roles, preferably within SaaS or startup environments.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, with HubSpot experience being a strong advantage.
