About the Role:

Skit.ai is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. You will play a crucial role in supporting our product and delivery teams by leveraging data to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. This involves analyzing the business and user experience impact of new features and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key problem statements and target segments, driving experimentation-driven product delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to create and maintain standard and custom dashboards, providing insights into bot health and performance with minimal supervision.
• Extract actionable insights from customer feedback, experiments, research, and data analysis to identify trends and their underlying drivers.
• Translate these insights into practical solutions to improve our voicebot deliveries and overall customer interactions.
• Become a domain expert for our product/function, developing a data-driven understanding of how users interact with our voicebot.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, with a strong understanding of advanced concepts.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst, with hands-on experience in SQL and Python.
• Graduation from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college.
• Experience with at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as Superset, Tableau, Metabase, Google Analytics, Clevertap, or MixPanel.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working within agile product development teams and a proactive approach to improving team effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience analyzing or building conversational AI products.
• Prior experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst in a product-focused company.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
