We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst with 4-5 years of specialized experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation, along with strong Python proficiency for automation, data transformation, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include analyzing large-scale banking datasets (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Customer, Transactions, KYC, Risk, Compliance, Treasury), building optimized data pipelines, automating reporting, and creating actionable business insights. You will design and maintain ETL processes, develop dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and collaborate with stakeholders to refine analytical requirements. Strong attention to data quality, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
