As a Data Analyst, you will translate business requirements from Group Internal Audit (GIA) into scalable, end-to-end solutions using advanced reporting, automation, and Gen AI tools. Your responsibilities will include designing data analytics solutions to enhance audit efficiency, collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless system support, and implementing process improvements to modernize GIA’s operations. This role emphasizes agile methodologies, stakeholder communication, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful results. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering, proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with Tableau/Power BI, and a track record of translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience with Gen AI, internal audit, or risk management is a plus. Swiss Re offers a hybrid work model with office presence required at least three days per week.
