MIS Executive - Data Reporting Specialist
Swiggy is seeking a highly detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage critical data reporting for our South Cluster operations. This role goes beyond basic data manipulation, focusing on developing robust tools and reports that empower leadership decision-making. Core Competencies:
Excel Proficiency
Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create scalable and resilient workbooks.
- Advanced Formula Application: Expertise in complex functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and LET/LAMBDA.
- Automated Reporting: Proficient use of Pivot Tables and Power Query for automated data transformation and cleansing.
- Data Organization: Strong understanding of structuring data for optimal long-term usability.
SQL and Database Skills
Comfortable interacting directly with databases to retrieve and analyze data.
- Efficient Query Writing: Ability to construct clean and effective SQL queries for data extraction, joining, and filtering across multiple tables.
- Data Validation: Knowledge of techniques to ensure data integrity and accuracy from source.
Data Visualization Tools
Experience with at least one major Business Intelligence platform, with a preference for Power BI.
