Full Job Description
This is a Data Analyst position in the Banking domain at a leading US Multinational Corporation (MNC) specializing in analytics, offering a hybrid work model with locations in Bengaluru, Pune, and Gurugram. The role is available immediately with a salary range of 20 to 35 LPA.
Key responsibilities include extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets from sources like Hive, SQL databases, and BI tools. Candidates will develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to provide insights on banking performance, market trends, and customer behavior. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to identify KPIs and create data visualizations to support business decisions.
Desired candidates should have 3 to 8 years of experience in Data Analytics or related fields, with expertise in Banking Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Campaign Analytics. Strong proficiency in Tableau and advanced SQL is preferred, along with experience in big data technologies like the Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Spark) and Python programming.
