About the Role

Relay Human Cloud India is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This is an onsite position requiring 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in transforming data into actionable insights, with expertise in Power BI, SQL Developer, DAX functions, and advanced Excel capabilities. The Data Analyst will be responsible for data management, client reporting, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable data models using SQL Developer and implement efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Utilize Power BI to design and create visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiently use DAX functions to perform complex calculations and create calculated columns and measures within Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization when needed.
• Perform data quality assessments, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Power BI, SQL, and other relevant tools to continuously improve data analysis methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, SQL Developer, DAX functions, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Strong understanding and practical application of DAX functions for data modelling and analysis within Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and presentation of findings to stakeholders.
