Data Analyst 3

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Data Analyst 3 (Contract) to support an IT client in the Santa Ana area. This role is pivotal in transforming complex logistics and supply chain data into actionable business intelligence through advanced mining, KPI reporting, dashboard maintenance, cost analysis, and strategic communication with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in data mining and reporting to directly influence operational efficiency and executive decision-making within the supply chain sector.
• Spearhead all aspects of data lifecycle management: extraction, manipulation, rigorous analysis, and comprehensive reporting for logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain high-impact KPI dashboards focusing on warehouse metrics, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness in daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Automate report generation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
• Analyze costs associated with logistics and transportation operations to identify improvement opportunities throughout the organization.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in reports/data analysis within logistics, distribution centers, warehouses, or supply chain environments.
• Tech Stack: High proficiency required in MS Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint, BI Tools (PowerBI/Tableau), SAP, and WMS systems.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a significant asset for this role.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard development best practices.
