About the Role

As a Data Analyst, your primary focus is developing high-quality analyses that meet our business needs and technological standards. You possess a solid technical foundation, problem-solving aptitude, and a passion for contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the short- and long-term agenda within the data analyst scope of the product/program/team.
  • Engage in data discovery, building data products, and testing/evaluating model outputs in close collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Experts, and Business teams.
  • Solve complex problems by converting vast amounts of data into actionable business insights through advanced analytics, effectively communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to frame problems, explore large datasets, and prepare data for analysis.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for your work, ensuring stakeholders can understand data and analysis inputs/outputs.
  • Share knowledge within Communities of Practice to foster continuous learning and enrich collective understanding.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of the Production team, where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We operate in over 20 sourcing markets, serving as the direct point of contact for local suppliers, ensuring product quality, competitive pricing, and sustainable practices.

Who You Are

You are curious, analytical, and adept at solving problems with data. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at clarifying complex information.

  • Degree or relevant experience in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python/R is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with BigQuery. Previous knowledge of the GCP ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and statistical analysis.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for business and a deep understanding of how data impacts decision-making.
  • The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative spirit and a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
