Data Analyst (1-Year Contract) - Maternity Leave Cover

Jabra is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst for a 1-year contract to provide crucial support for our Point of Sale (POS) data processes, specifically covering a maternity leave period. This role is perfectly suited for an individual with a strong inclination towards data operations, meticulous analysis, and adherence to structured workflows.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing recurring audits to ensure POS data quality, managing data cleansing validations, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational tasks.

About the Commercial Data Management Team

As part of GN's Global Data & Analytics organization, the Commercial Data Management team is at the core of GN's enterprise commercial data ecosystem. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and readiness of Point of Sale (POS) data, associated master data, and all data cleansing processes to effectively support global business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • SISO (Sell‑In / Sell‑Out) Analysis: Conduct monthly SISO analyses, scrutinizing mismatches between Sell‑In and Sell‑Out data. Provide support for investigations and coordinate clarifications with partners and Account Managers.
  • Data Vendor Collaboration & Issue Management: Engage closely with our data processing vendor through weekly updates, review data cleansing files, validate flagged cases, and ensure the timely resolution of data cleansing issues that affect data quality and business reporting.
  • Data Quality Management: Uphold the accuracy and completeness of POS and partner master data through regular data quality checks. Identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ad‑hoc Requests & Ticket Handling: Address business and stakeholder requests via email and meetings, offering timely data checks, clarifications, and operational support.
  • Documentation & Process Maintenance: Maintain current process documentation, contribute to the enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and promote knowledge sharing and internal transparency across all data quality workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or in Master Data Management.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, with comfort in handling large datasets.
  • Experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring tasks independently.
  • A proactive, organized, and accuracy-driven work ethic.
  • Experience working effectively with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A strong team-oriented mindset, with the capacity for effective collaboration and navigating complex, evolving processes.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Familiarity with POS or CRM data flows.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Experience with data governance or cleansing processes.
