Join Devon Energy's Supply Chain organization as a Data Analysis Professional. In this role, you will solve complex industry challenges through innovation and creative problem-solving by delivering peer benchmarking, competitive analysis, dashboards, and advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain peer benchmarking programs across production, capital efficiency, LOE, operating costs, supply chain performance, and asset-level metrics.
• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and statistical models that surface trends to drive team- and department-level decisions.
• Support the Supply Chain technology roadmap by partnering with leadership to identify, prioritize, and evaluate analytics solutions.
• Create ad hoc and recurring queries to answer increasingly complex business questions related to planning, budgeting, M&A, and divestiture evaluations.
• Identify best practices for improvement opportunities and develop executive presentations tailored for senior leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent benchmarking methodologies and enhance analytical datasets.
• Investigate and resolve complex data issues by coordinating with internal and external data owners on sustainable solutions.
• Develop, deploy, and iterate on GenAI-powered tools to automate recurring analyses and reporting processes.
