You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and deliver high-impact data and analytics solutions. A key responsibility will be driving the adoption of our Data Management Framework, ensuring best practices in data governance, security, quality, and compliance. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, processing, and transformation solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing (Snowflake preferred), and Power BI dashboard development is essential.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data models and system architectures that support reliable, scalable, and performant analytics platforms. While not mandatory, domain knowledge in Finance and Manufacturing will be a significant advantage. You will collaborate closely with business teams to understand their requirements and deliver effective IT and data solutions, including designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for operational monitoring and management reporting.

Furthermore, you will ensure high data quality and compliance by championing the organization's data governance framework. The role requires you to analyze enterprise data to identify trends and opportunities, proactively proposing data-driven recommendations, and supporting data readiness for advanced analytics, AI, and Generative AI use cases. You will work in a collaborative environment with IT teams, data engineers, business stakeholders, and external providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions, continuously monitoring and improving platform performance.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), MCA, or MBA.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics projects.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and AI/ML solutions.
• Basic understanding of software development principles.
• Functional understanding of Finance and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Power BI for financial reporting and analytics.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud) is a plus.
• Experience with quality assurance, data protection, and compliance methodologies.
• Ability to discover and implement new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects collaboratively.
