We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Executive to drive revenue growth at GaneshaSpeaks.com. This role is crucial for optimizing our digital sales funnels and enhancing customer engagement across the Ahmedabad market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive online sales initiatives to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Analyze comprehensive sales data to optimize conversion funnels and maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on critical performance metrics including Revenue, Conversion Rate, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and Retention Rate.
• Plan, execute, and refine targeted online sales campaigns to boost conversions and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement robust customer retention strategies to foster repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Manage multi-channel communication campaigns via Email Marketing, WhatsApp Notifications, and Push Notifications.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify new sales opportunities and enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in D2C online sales is required; a commerce background (B.Com, M.Com) or degree in Marketing/Business is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proven expertise in problem-solving and decision-making. You must have a demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Metric Knowledge: Deep understanding of Revenue, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, and Retention metrics is essential.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with Email Marketing tools, WhatsApp Business API/Notifications, and Push Notification platforms.
