Cybersecurity Risk Analyst in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a proactive Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to enhance the organization's security posture. This role involves evaluating, testing, and documenting security solutions and controls, collaborating with security teams to mitigate risks while enabling business innovation.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with 4 to 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, encompassing compliance, regulations, risk management, and audit. A minimum of 5 years of experience in securing or utilizing major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is highly desired. Experience working with product and development teams is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as GLBA, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, etc.
- Strong ability to articulate business risks in relation to information security.
- Proven experience conducting risk assessments that protect the business and comply with legal and privacy standards.
- Knowledge of diverse computing platforms including Windows, OSX, Linux, Unix, networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with threat intelligence, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and vulnerability analysis.
- Experience collaborating with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) for monitoring and response.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize and configure technical systems for monitoring unusual and suspicious activity across various products.
- Assist in developing security configuration standards for systems and business applications.
- Contribute to the information security team to support change management processes.
- Participate in projects requiring information security oversight to ensure policy adherence.
- Support incident monitoring and response efforts in partnership with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams.
- Maintain vendor management standards, questionnaires, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for risk assessments.
- Recommend security enhancements and business process changes without impeding business innovation.
- Act as a liaison between the security team and product teams.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Desired Certifications
Certifications in Cybersecurity Analysis, Incident Response, or Risk Management are beneficial.

- Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period of 1 month or less are preferred.
- Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM IST (Flexible based on requirements)
- Work Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH) option available for eligible candidates.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Transportation: Cab service for female employees residing in Noida or Greater Noida (pick/drop from home). For other female employees, cab from/to Noida City Center / Golf Course Metro station.
